Lorraine Kelly weight loss: ITV presenter used this trick to drop two dress sizes

Lorraine Kelly is a Scottish presenter who has been on screens for over 30 years. She has fronted shows including GMTV, Daybreak and currently appears as the main host of the daytime show, Lorraine. Recently, she has been through an impressive weight loss transformation and managed to slim down by two dress sizes. By making changes to her diet and exercise routine, Lorraine managed to shape up.

The journalist revealed she shrunk down from a size 14 to a trim size 10.

It was making a change in her exercise routine which she credited for her transformation.

By adding in regular aerobic sessions, the star noticed the weight fall off and she spoke on This Morning to explain her transformation.

She said: “I really look forward to my classes, and with the new DVD we wanted to show what a class was like.

“It’s great going to keep fit but mentally it also makes me feel better.”

Lorraine often updates her social media account with posts of her outside keeping an active lifestyle.

As well as explaining her exercise routine, Lorraine used portion control to make a change.

On This Morning, she told presenters: “I don’t think diets work. It’s all about portion control.

“My husband cooks for me and sometimes I ask, ‘How many people are coming round?’.

“Portion control and not snacking so much are important, as well as being sensible.”
